Pandeli Restaurant

Founded during World War I, Pandeli Restaurant is known as Turkiye’s first tourism-certified restaurant and has hosted many notable figures, including Mustafa Kemal Ataturk. Situated at the entrance of the Spice Bazaar, it stands out with its turquoise tiles. During the 2018 restoration, Iznik Mavi Cini reproduced 226 Iznik tiles of various sizes and colors, carefully matching the original designs that had been damaged or lost over time.
