Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from this contract without stating any reason and without paying a penalty within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the product.

However, by law, there is no right of withdrawal for the following types of products or services, even if they have not been used/consumed:
Products prepared in accordance with the special requests or personal needs of the BUYER (including those personalized by making changes or additions, and products specially procured from within or outside the country based on the BUYER's order).

In cases where the right of withdrawal can be exercised, the BUYER is obliged to act in accordance with the operation, technical specifications, and usage instructions of the product. The BUYER is responsible for any changes and damages resulting from use contrary to these obligations. In this case, the SELLER reserves the right to refuse the right of withdrawal or to make a discount equal to the depreciation of the product price.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient for the BUYER to send a clear notification indicating that they are exercising this right to the SELLER in writing within 14 days or via email to iletisim@iznikmavicini.com.

After the withdrawal notification, the product must be sent to the specified return address within the legal period at the latest, with the costs borne by the SELLER; Selcuk mah. Yunus Emre sokak No:14 Iznik/Bursa

The product to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged, along with its original box, packaging, and all standard accessories, if any. The return shipping cost belongs to Iznik Mavi Cini. 

For Domestic Shipments; Our contracted cargo company is Yurtici Kargo. Our Yurtiçi Kargo company code is 149257235. When returning the product, you must deliver the package to Yurtiçi Kargo, inform them of this code, and indicate that the shipment is to be paid on delivery.
In returns made with a different cargo company other than Yurtiçi Kargo, the shipping cost will not be covered by us and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

International orders are shipped with one of the companies DHL, Fedex, or Asset Logistics, and the delivery time varies between 5-10 business days depending on the country. Customs and tax expenses are included in the amount you paid. In international shipments, returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

According to tax legislation, the invoice must also be returned with the product.
In returns belonging to legal entities (for orders made on behalf of a company), it is mandatory to issue a return invoice. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.
Individual consumers must fill out and sign the return form that comes with the cargo and send it back with the product.

Your return will primarily be examined by Iznik Mavi Cini customer representatives, and it will be investigated whether it meets the specified conditions. Returns of products that comply with the return procedures will be approved, and the product fee will be refunded to your account within 10 business days. The reflection of this fee to your account may take 7-15 business days due to bank procedures.

The other legal rights of the BUYER outside the withdrawal period and the legal rights of the SELLER regarding any reward points, campaign discounts, or offset rights, if any, are also reserved.
