Your requests are processed for delivery at the end of your order. Once your order is confirmed, it will be delivered to the courier company no later than 10 (ten) business days after your order is placed. The status of your shipment can be tracked using the tracking number provided after your order is placed. The products covered by this contract will be delivered to the BUYER by the courier company designated by the SELLER. Shipping costs and, if applicable, cargo insurance will be added to the invoice. The BUYER agrees and undertakes to pay these costs in advance.

After the payment is made, the delivery time of the contracted products by cargo takes between 1 day and 2 weeks on average.

SELLER is not responsible for any damage that may occur to the product during cargo and delivery. BUYER reserves the right to refuse delivery if the product is damaged. If damage or loss of use occurs due to cargo transportation, BUYER must obtain a damage assessment report (report) from a cargo company representative before confirming the delivery receipt at the time of delivery and attach it to the product(s) to be returned and return it to the cargo representative. Otherwise, BUYER will be responsible for any damage or loss of use resulting from cargo damage, and the product cannot be returned. If SELLER determines that a product defect occurred before cargo and delivery, the replacement and reshipment of the damaged product will take a maximum of 10 business days after it reaches SELLER's warehouse. In the event of a situation resulting from product unavailability, SELLER will refund the payment made to BUYER under the terms of this agreement.
