PRELIMINARY INFORMATION FORM
This Preliminary Information Form has been prepared to inform the consumer in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
The following information is provided to the consumer regarding distance sales to be made between Mavi Çini Seramik ve Turizm İşl. San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), operating at www.iznikmavicini.com and the Consumer.

2. MAIN CHARACTERISTICS OF THE GOODS / SERVICES
The type, model, quantity, brand, color, sales price, and total price including taxes of the product are stated on the product detail page and on the order summary screen during checkout.
The consumer completes the purchase by confirming this information.
3. SALES PRICE AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
The sales price of the products and payment terms are clearly displayed during the ordering process.
The total amount includes the product price, taxes, and, if applicable, shipping costs.
4. DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE
The ordered product shall be delivered to the consumer or the person designated at the delivery address within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days.
The Seller may replace the product with another of the same quality for justified reasons or, in case of stock shortage, may inform the consumer and refrain from fulfilling the delivery obligation.
For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the courier company and customs procedures.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify the Seller in writing or via a durable data storage medium within this period.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the Seller complete and undamaged, together with the invoice.
The return shipping cost is covered by the Seller if the specified courier company is used; otherwise, the cost will be borne by the Buyer.
6. CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:
Products manufactured or customized in line with the consumer’s personal requests or needs,
Products whose packaging has been opened after delivery and which are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons,
Services performed instantly in electronic environments or digital content delivered immediately.
7. RETURN PROCEDURE
Once the withdrawal notice reaches the Seller, the consumer will be informed about the return process.
Upon receipt of the returned product, the refund will be made within 14 days via the same payment method used by the consumer.
8. COMPLAINTS AND LEGAL REMEDIES
Consumers may submit complaints and objections directly to the Seller.
In addition, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized to handle disputes related to consumer transactions.
The consumer acknowledges that they have read and understood the information provided in this form, and that they have received this information and approved the distance sales contract electronically.
